Spotlight of the Week: Shoana Cachelle
Libpositives Spotlight present Shoana Cachelle.
Shoana Cachelle is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, TV host, international photographer, trainer and speaker. Ms. Shoana graduated from Temple university in 1999, she currently resides in Monrovia, Liberia. She is the owner of Cachelle international (CI), a marketing and advertising firm headquartered located in Monrovia, Liberia. After establishing CI, it became the umbrella for Cachelle Connection (an organization that showcase and promote talents), Cachelle's School of Promise (a school for orphans), Cachelle Natural Hair & Makeup Salon (a young women's business building initiative), and Cachelle International Creative Arts Center (a performing arts program that provides scholarships to under privileged children throughout Liberia).
As if she doesn't already have enough on her agenda, Ms. Shoana also launched a job Training Initiative (specializing in training young males in Business Management, Computers, Photography, and Customer Relations), a Teacher's Training Program (designed to train young men and women the fundamentals of early learning and elementary educational skills), and developing the first Creative Art Preschool in Liberia. Over the last 5 years, Shoana Cachelle has provided stable jobs to over 300 Liberians, hosted over 18 camp programs for approximately 990 children, trained many teachers, nurtured performing artists, trained many photographers, and recently started a social media platform (My Sista's journey), which unites, inspires and empower women globally.
